The JIB-PMES has been providing a range of benefits and services since 1972, many of which remain as relevant today as they have ever been. 

Employers can access these benefits and services in either of the following ways:

• As members of the Welfare Benefit scheme

Or

• As members of the Holiday Credit scheme

Participation in either of the above schemes allows access to the full range of JIB-PMES benefits which helps employers to recruit and retain the best staff.

Thousands of employers also engage with the JIB-PMES by supporting the registration of their operatives through the JIB-PMES CSCS Registration and Grading scheme.
